By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, profile photo, role (founder or investor)
  • Founder profiles: company name, description, industry, stage, traction metrics, funding details, team information, pitch materials, data room documents
  • Investor profiles: fund name, investment thesis, check size, stage preferences, sector focus, geographic preferences, calendar availability
  • Agent configuration: AI agent settings, custom instructions, screening criteria, knowledge documents
  • Communications: messages, files, and other content exchanged through the Platform, including conversations with AI agents and other users
  • Payment information: if applicable, billing details processed through our third-party payment processors

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions with AI agents, timestamps, frequency of use
  • Device information: browser type, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution
  • Network data: IP address, approximate location (city/country level), referring URLs
  • Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies, authentication tokens, analytics identifiers

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth providers: if you sign in via Google or other providers, we receive your name, email, and profile photo
  • Integrations: if you connect third-party services (Notion, calendar, email), we receive data necessary for the integration to function

  • Facilitate communications between founders, investors, and AI agents
  • Power AI agent functionality, including evaluating projects, generating responses, and scheduling calls

  • Analyze usage patterns and improve the Platform
  • Send transactional communications (account verification, notifications, call confirmations)
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security issues, and technical problems
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company and its users

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Other Users

Information you provide may be shared with other users as part of the Platform's core functionality. For example, founder project information is shared with investor AI agents for evaluation, and conversation content is visible to both parties in a conversation.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including:

  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • AI model providers (for processing conversations and generating agent responses)
  • Email delivery services
  • Analytics providers
  • Payment processors

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or the public.

  • AI-generated evaluations and responses are based on the information you and other users provide
  • We may use conversation data and user interactions to improve our AI models and the overall Platform experience
  • AI agents may retain conversation context to provide coherent multi-turn interactions

You should not share sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, bank account details, or medical records) through the Platform unless specifically required and you accept the associated risks.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. We may retain certain information after account deletion for legitimate business purposes, including:
